Me: What exactly is nu-metal??
Shawn: Nu-metal, or false metal as I like to call it, is shit like Korn, Limp Bizkit, Linkin Park, Slipknot, System of a Down, etc...
It is characterized by talentless guitar/bass/drumming/singing (you know, no harmonies with any of the instruments or vocals and such... guitar playing ususally consists of D-Tuned instruments doing a chuga chuga chuga thing over and over and over again until you want to shoot yourself for having heard it), depressing/stupid lyrics, and not having any guitar solos whatsoever because they don't have the talent to play them. Pretty much the metal that is put out by MTV and is loved by the masses because it is shoved down their throat and told that it is "cool" to like these bands. Nu-metal is the musical equivalent of tripe. Hope that helps.

Incognitio.
That's Kari and myself hidin' from the creepers at the Shoe. We met them on the street in front of a party we were going to. They fell in love and we broke their hearts. They said it was destiny that they would see us again. And sure the fuck enough when we were almost done eatin at the Shoe they walked in. AHHH we hid.
